Kids won't always listen to you, but they will watch and emulate them and those in their community. Teach them values and principles of hard work, determination, and overcoming adversity by working towards those things yourself, and letting them watch you do so!
Be the example you want to engrain into your kids. Take control of your health. Show your kids how to be active, play, and live a healthy life!
