Open up those hips for a better squat!

The Cossack Squat. It doesn't need to be fancy or complex to be effective!


One of my favorite ways to open up the adductors and hips before squatting or olympic lifting.


I recommend keeping your feet relatively straight forward, while maintaining full foot contact throughout the entire squat.
