A few different ways I can help you!

Hey guys,

I just wanted to reach out to everyone and highlight a few different ways that I can help you!

If you are in any sort of pain or have a loss of function in life or in sport that you want to address. First an in-depth assessment will be performed in order to find the root cause of your problem. After the assessment is complete a targeted-comprehensive rehab program will be developed to get you where you wish to be!

Not in pain BUT feel stiff or have noticed that you have a tough time performing movements in the gym due to a lack of mobility. You do not have to be in pain to come see me! I will perform an in depth full body assessment of your mobility and stability. I'll find the areas in which you need to target your efforts, and I'll provide you with self-mobilization and/or stability exercises to help you move better, feel better, and perform better.

Targeted therapy to help you recover from exercise or training. With the demands an athlete like yourself puts on your body, I recommend some sort of recovery or body maintenance to help you feel and perform your best. This process once again will start with an in-depth assessment of your movement, mobility, and stability. I need to know what I am working with before performing an form of treatment on you. This helps me target the "body work" to your major areas of need while also helping you recover for your next training session!
