Improve your Power with this...




The jumping trap bar deadlift might be one of the best things you're not currently doing.


Not everyone wants to olympic lift to develop power. Good news is that you don't need to. Even better news, this is also an excellent adjunct to improving your snatch and clean and jerk!


So give this one a go. Mix up your training and add in this exercise to increase your power output for your main lifts!
