Squatting IS NOT bad for the knees!

Olympic Lifting and performing deep loaded squats are simply an expression of the amazing capabilities of the human body!

#

They are not bad for the knees and they are not something you should simply "stop doing" because you have some knee pain.

#

If your provider gives you the blanket answer of "just stop lifting and squatting...you're ____ years old, you don't need to do that anyways. You're going to need a new knee in a few years if you continue." Then its time to find someone who understands you and knows that you can fix your knee pain, lift and squat deeply, and feel great doing so!
