Is this for Rehab or Performance Training? How about both! This Handstand drill is an excellent way to both build shoulder strength and stability within the handstand AND is often found within rehab programs to help prepare athletes for the task they actually want to get back to!

You're an athlete. You need a rehab program, not some generic cookie-cutter list of print out exercises and oversight from a "professional" who has never done what you do and consistently tells you that "you just shouldn't do Crossfit, handstands, or running" because they are "Bad for you" and "you just don't need to do them."
