"After many years of battling Achilles’ tendonosis I had all but given up on running. After attending one of Michael’s pose running webinars I decided to work with him on my running technique. He completed a thorough video analysis of my technique and explained the benefits of pose running and how it could help overcome the flaws in my technique that were leading to my Achilles issues. I have had three private lessons. Each lesson consisted of a new video analysis and drills to develop and reinforce proper technique. With each new lesson my technique improved considerably. It has taken about three months to master the pose running technique and to acclimate my body, but I am now running completely pain-free. Learning the pose technique takes patience and discipline, but the rewards are worth the effort. Michael is an amazing coach!"⁠
