You really struggle getting your toes to the bar for your T2B!? You NEED the ability to flex through the spine, flex at the hip, while extending the knee (hamstring flexibility) to make T2B easier! Tight hamstrings during the T2B is like driving a sports car with the e-brake up. You're making things WAY harder on yourself. Lets free up those hamstrings with this and improve those T2B!
