Back in the saddle!

"Back in the saddle! Haven’t been on a rower since I was about 12 weeks pregnant because it was uncomfortable. Got approved to exercise with intensity again about 2 weeks ago. But we are taking the recovery process slow. Felt good to sweat and work hard today. Thanks to @doctortank_dpt I’m going to come back as the best if not better version of myself. @audreyjane21"
