This 60-minute Clinic will be the best 60 minutes you've ever spent for improving your ability to run, running faster, while eliminating pain.

When you improve your mechanics, you run faster, make running easier, and eliminate many of the aches and pains commonly seen in runners (or people who run)!

This Clinic is at FlowCORPS in Chapel Hill NC

No one wants to sit and listen for 60 minutes. This is an active workshop. You will be practicing running!

The clinic will last between 45-60 minutes and you'll leave with an understanding and actionable steps on how to maximize your running performance for both faster times and less pain.

The clinic is limited to 30 people, in-person attendance limited to 10 athletes!

Mask and Social Distancing will be required by all attendees
