Rope Climb problems?

Returning to training following an elbow or shoulder problem? Or looking for a way to improve your pulling strength?

#

The modified rope climb is NOT just for athletes who cannot climb the rope. Due to the controlled (and greater) time under tension, It's an excellent training tool to improve your pulling strength, return after an injury, and improve your rope climbs!

These are often used at Ground to Overhead PT when working with our athletes.
