@audreyjane21 At 36 years old, Less than 3 months after giving birth and Audrey knocked out her first Few Muscle-ups of 2020! Her last Muscle-up was in December 2019. She went from feeling like "I am not ready to be on these rings" to "The drill work feels good, I'm going to try a muscle-up." And as you guessed, she nailed a few of them!
